Cochiti Campground offers beautiful views, clean facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Many visitors enjoyed activities like tubing on Cochiti Lake and appreciated the cleanliness of the campground and restrooms. However, some noted issues with water access, maintenance of facilities, and occasional lack of supervision from staff. Overall, most campers had positive experiences and expressed a desire to return.

We made a reservation in February for a site with hookups. When we arrived we were told we had no reservation even though we had paper documents as proof. We were told Reservation.gov had canceled the reservation.

it was a very pleasant surprise. Made a reservation on a day of traveling as we changed our planes and decided to stop by Santa Fe. Campground is simply wonderful. Sites are huge, spread out, plenty of space for everyone. Relatively short distance to Santa Fe and the interstate. Gorgerous views of the lake from every site. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
