The campsites were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The restrooms did run out of toilet paper. The dumpsters were filled to the top people had to put their trash bags on the ground by the dumpsters. It was quiet. Fishing wasn't that great. But other than that I really enjoyed it will definitely be back.

We have been coming to Cochiti for years because centrally located between Santa Fe and Albuquerque for sightseeing etc. We also were golfers and loved playing the beautiful course there. The course really went into disrepair following COVID but is coming back again to be very playable with a little more time and TLC. The layout of Buffalo loop has always been our favorite because of the gradual rise of the campsites everyone has a view of the reservoir and surrounding mountains. The sites are nicely paved with a covered cement picnic table. Lots of area to walk around all the camp loops and down to the water or on the earthen dam.

Beautiful site! Strongly recommend. Stayed 3 nights in Juniper Loop. Had nice breeze every day - one day wind wharf significant gusts, but didn’t bother us.

Clean spacious sites are what we expected and this property delivered. The bathroom facilities are new and with shower rooms. We will be back.

Garbage was not emptied during our 3 night stay. Dog refuse bags were empty with the waste baskets spilling over. Other than that, a very pleasant stay

Reccomended by a friend. Spent 5 night in the Ringtail Loop (Dry Camp). Explored the area and got a chance to score tickets Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument.
