Nice and tucked in the Mountains outside of Santa Fe, is this very quiet friendly, great service! There is the beautiful sunsets, bright stars, driving distance to all of the shops, galleries, restaurants etc…

We had a wonderful stay at Rancheros de Santa Fe RV Resort! The park has a peaceful, rustic charm with plenty of shade and space between sites. The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The bathrooms and laundry area were clean and well-maintained, and the hiking trails right from the campground were a nice bonus. It’s close enough to downtown Santa Fe to explore easily, but far enough to feel like a quiet getaway. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or staying a few days!

A gorgeous place to get away from the city. The sites are fantastic, Chelsea was such a pleasure, and my kids are loving the playground and pool. (Although, they would have loved it even more if it was heated. Little on the chilly side.) Will be bringing my Girl Scout troop back in July.

I have to give this place a generous 3 stars & I’ll tell you why.
Pros:
-Staff is friendly. I really appreciated their level of customer service.
-The location of the park is excellent. It’s just far enough from Santa Fe to feel rural. But close enough to Santa Fe where it isn’t a chore to travel there.
Cons:
-The advertised WiFi doesn’t exist. From our site we couldn’t even find it.
-Un-level, unkept sites. Bring blocks. They are overgrown, & tight. We encountered a snake which is fine but, it would’ve been easier to spot if the site was well groomed.
I’ve attached a picture of our “complimentary” picnic table to show you just how bad it is.
-Bathrooms & laundry room need updating. They are very old & even though they do get cleaned. They aren’t really functioning. Only half of the dryers work.
-There are two random Rottweilers that roam around the park (pictured) I brought this up to the staff & I do think they are trying to figure out how to block them from coming into the park but, it’s just concerning overall. I couldn’t walk my cat. I do hope they resolve that soon. Guest safety is important.
Overall the price doesn’t match what you actually receive. If this place was $15-20 bucks cheaper a night…would be a better value & you’d get what you pay for.

We camped for 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The pool was nice to have available but it is not heated. It was still very cold even on the warmer days, regardless my daughter still loved it. Some of the sites are level and others are sloped. Our site was sloped but it was manageable. Maybe I'm not as picky as the other reviewers, but we are camping on a mountain side. The campground was quiet and enjoyable, other reviewers complained about the highway noise. I barely noticed it. The showers were hot and clean. My complaints would be that it felt a bit over priced and some of the amenities could be updated, like the playground and game room. Thank you for our stay. Again, we enjoyed it very much.
