Formerly known as Kiva Kort or Mesa Court, this was one of the oldest motels in Tucumcari. If you're a Route 66 enthusiast, this is worth a stop. Hope someone is able to restore it to its former glory.

Not fancy, nothing extra. Being refurbished but everything we needed for our rv overnight stay. Elec, water, sewer hookups. Shady with mature trees and areas of grass. Level graveled sites. Fast Wifi. New picnic tables. Was not crowded. We were very comfortable. We prefer quaint and rustic. It's an older property the new owner is in process of fixing up.

Lots of shade and right on Route 66. Not completely open yet, but we were able to stay a month. We loved it!

Awesome park with lots of shade, and it's right by all the amenities in the town like tractor supply and restaurants.
