At friend and I recently stayed at Mariaville Goat Farm to celebrate my upcoming 50th birthday and to leave the noise of life behind. Our experience exceeded our expectations on every level! Rick and Ed are fantastic and run a wonderful farm with such attention to detail. The goat activities were great and the meals we ordered were absolutely delicious. We will definitely visit again in the future and would highly recommend that anyone considering this experience, should definitely book it without thinking twice!

I just got home from my amazing day at Mariaville Goat Farm with some of my girlfriends who have supported me along my journey to battle breast cancer. Thank you so much Ed, Rick, and Cameron from the farm and Night out for You. Today was better than I could have ever imagined! And the weather was perfect. ❤️

We started the day with the best scones ever from Sprinkles and Sparkles Bakery and a lovely gift bag of goat themed goodies from the farm. Then we explored the tree house and yurt before snuggling with the goats. 🐐 Iris the goat was the crowd favorite, but Luna was a close second. We especially loved how she softly bucked a few of us to keep us on our toes. I haven’t laughed so hard in months. 😂

After a stroll through the woods with the herd, we then ate a yummy lunch of veggies, cheeses, dips, crackers, pitas, fruit, dates, chocolate and blueberry-lemon cupcakes from Sprinkles and Sparkles (our new favorite bakery 😋), and homemade lemon tarts made by Rick…soooo good!

Then Janelle arrived and we had a ball with her as she taught us all the tricks to painting glass! The paint and sip was a great time and we learned how artistic (or not so much, in my case 😊 ) we all are.

Finally, we ended the day with goat meditation with Ed🧘. It was so relaxing to lie down under the trees with the goats snuggled up to us, a gentle breeze blowing, as we enjoyed being with each other.

We move so fast in our lives, caring for other people and working hard at our jobs, that we rarely take time for ourselves. Today was a celebration 🎉 of all of us as we reminded each other how special we are. We couldn’t have done this without your hospitality. ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you again for everything Ed, Rick, and Cameron. And thank you to A Night Out for You, Sprinkles and Sparkles Bakery, and Janelle. It was one of the best days of my life, and I’ll never forget it. I also am now 100% sure that I want goats when I retire. 🐐❤️🐐

Today was my second visit to the farm, and had a relaxing time with the goats! I also met a chicken, a dog and a cat! Rick let us go into the tree house and it is amazing! There is a small sitting area outside the tent house, a "kitchen" downstairs, and a beautiful fire pit with adirondak chairs around it! I would definitely consider staying there in the fall! Mariaville Goat Farm is open year round and in addition to the tree house, there is also a yurt! Both can be rented out for a peaceful, relaxing unplugged experience! The owner Rick, is such a wondeful, humble man who works very hard to maintain the farm and it's grounds. I highly recommend visiting for goatie cuddles, goat yoga, or a stay in the cozy accomodations!

Rick was wonderful! Their online website did not reveal any slots for the following day so we called them up and they accommodated us for a 2 person yoga + cuddle. The walk through the forest was beautiful and the goats were all very friendly. Mobile connection is not good in that region and they were very trusting to let us pay by credit card after we had left the place! Rick really took care of us and ensured that we had the best possible experience with the goats.
