The Outpost Outdoor Resort

I took my boyfriend for the first time camping and had a wonderful time. Bathrooms were good the site was perfect right by the water and staff was so kind. We are definitely coming back. What we did have to bring for those who cook on a fire was the grill that sits on top.

Wonderful campground! Nice people, clean, safe, beautiful sites and very cared for. Great value. Thank you so much. I will be back.

We had such a peaceful stay at the Outpost Camping Resort. The view of the river from our site was breathtaking. We watched a few deer eating and a mama bear and her cubs playing on the other side of the river. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The Outpost Restaurant is right across the street. Great mojitos! Had a nice outdoor eating area with live music. We couldn’t ask for anything more and we will be back!

Erin was so friendly from the minute we called! Great looking facility & right along the river on route 6! Give this place a try!
Tips for travelers: the camper campsite is on the non-river side, the tiny homes and tent sites are on the river side and if the camper site is on your right, up further on the right is The Outpost restaurant with an awesome tiki-feel outdoor bar & outdoor seating and of course some inside seating!!

What a great place to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Delaware River. There are accommodations for everyone's style, a beautiful A-frame with spa-like bathroom, Lovely cabins, and tiny homes. RV camping with hookups, tent camping with electric. Some on the river, others with an awesome view, and the sounds of the River. River rafting is available with transportation. Walk to the Restaurant and enjoy either the inside bar, the outside bar, or the dining tables. Play corn hole while you're there. Live music some nights. Best of all is the staff, who will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. It is a must-see.
