I have been there about 5 times already since its very opening and I can say that the staff is very nice (Hi Kathy!) and the spot is amazing to go visit Manhattan (but I should keep that info for myself, cause it is a gem not to share too much). Long live fort Wasdsworth campground. Sylvain, Sainte Adele, Quebec.

Had a fantastic time, exploring Staten Island while camping here. We discovered a boardwalk at a walking distance from the campsite which was quite well maintained. The camp site personnel was quite friendly, providing us with information as well as campfire wood. I will gladly return again.

The site and facilities provide minimal comfort, but unfortunately during our stay the hot water tank broke down, and we had to move from one site to an other due to reservations, but the camper on the site we had to move was unwilling to leave on time to let us resettle, and delayed our departure to visit Manhattan. I thought the camp host could have done a better job to be considerate.

Great amnemity of having firewood provided for all sites.
Would have been great to have a plug in the washroom to plug in our dryer after we got soaked in Manhattan.
