Serenity Ridge Mountain Club

I stumbled on Serenity Ridge Mountain Club when I was searching for a solution that allowed me to spend more time with family in this lovely area. With a job that requires me to have a base far away and travel frequently, buying a condo or home that needs constant monitoring and maintenance just wasn’t practical. As a cyclist and outdoor aficionado, it was also very important to me to find someplace close to nature where I could hike, bike and run in peaceful surroundings while spending time in the area.

I actually first visited the cottages at Serenity Ridge on a bike ride, and it felt like the stars aligned to give me the perfect solution! The cottages are stunning inside - with 5 star details that make them feel luxurious, modern and practical. The grounds are beautiful - you’re surrounded by forest and countryside roads, and Serenity Ridge even has their own hiking trail as well as a pool and fitness center. There are people on site handling maintenance and security so I can have peace of mind while I’m away. All in all, it was a no brainer as this ticks off every box on my list and more!

It’s such a well-thought out development, and I am really excited to be part of the community here. Thomas and Julia have been so warm and helpful at every step of the process, answering every question promptly and in detail. I highly recommend Serenity Ridge Mountain Club if you’re looking for a beautiful all-in-one countryside getaway in this area for any reason!

The grounds are infested with ticks and off season, there are NO amenities. The WiFi is horrific. I was lucky to get one bar. Why someone would own anything here is beyond my comprehension. We only camped here and hated pulling ticks off our dogs every single day. The price they charge is completely OUTRAGEOUS!!
Update: Serenity Ridge called my husband to take down my review. Yes, we are staying at the campground but all the signs around us say “Serentiy Ridge”. It’s all one place. If the campgrounds have ticks, I’m sure they are not staying in one place. I don’t understand why all the WiFi wasn’t upgraded and the tick infestation wasn’t taken care of. Lynne’s Disease is a horrible price to have to pay for people or pets. Management needs to care about the needs of everyone. That is concerning. What will happen in the future for people buying in?

Always clean and quiet….. Thomas has been the best. Always goes out of his way to accommodate you. Above and beyond. Pleasant individual to talk to. My wife and I have now gone from camping to now owning our own peaceful cottage. Love it.

We were originally looking for a small house or condo to be closer to family.

Serentiy Ridge turned out to be the best of all worlds for us! It provides us with the flexibility and convenience of visiting family and to not feel like we are intruding. Plus, we have a “great escape” when we want to have our privacy!

In contrast to owning a home/condo, our Serenity Ridge cottage doesn't require any major maintenance - everything is brand new!

It has been a brutal winter so far, but we still have been able to enjoy long walks and have been playing pool in the new Clubhouse - which is an inviting and comfortable space. We are looking forward to warmer weather to be able to enjoy the heated pool, the outdoor pavilion and the other outdoor amenities.

In addition, as a gated community, Serenity Ridge provides us with the freedom to leave our cottage and return to our primary home with confidence that our cottage is safe & secure.
