This was an overnight break in a 2-day drive for us, and was the best located "hotel." I loved it, my wife was a little less enthused. Not really equivalent to a hotel kitchenette for a business trip or with a toddler- no closet, no bathroom vanity, no microwave or oven, no room for a playpen, limited hot water. But awesome for a date night or getaway - they've done a nice job of including everything you need for that, down to s'mores kits w/ sticks for toasting the marshmallows.

My mom and I stayed at Postcard Cabins and it is truly a must try hidden gem in Asheboro, North Carolina.

From reservation to checkout, someone was always available via text, warm and prompt responses. Even during a short one night stay, the care and attentiveness stood out. I even got turned around during a night walk, and a team member calmly guided me back. My first time glamping and won't be the last.

Postcard Cabins strip away excess and brings you back to what matters most. Quiet, nature, and yourself under clear night skies. Just you and the land. Not more. Not less.

We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the cabin "jesse". Our stay was lovely. The clearview of the stars in the sky and the lake.. the very comfortable bed. The cabin was nice and toasty for it to be in 26 degrees out. Our hostess Misty was amazing, she made sure answer all questions promptly before, during and even after our stay. She deserves a raise for sure!!! I loved it and will be coming back again for a longer stay.

Best outdoor experience ever!
We went here for a round trip stop and were planning to go to the zoo next to the cabins. But I regretted not booking it for longer nights. It was so quiet and the sky was clear enough to see all the stars. My son loved it, the bunk bed, the fire pit, the small lake at the back of our cabin. Checking in and out was easy, no one was there, you will receive a text message from them and tell you everything you need to know.
There’s something you need to know and it’s important!!!
The hot water for shower is limited!!! I didn’t know this until the water turned freezing cold and there’s still shampoo on my hair. So please be fast, especially during the winter time because the water will turn freezing cold after you’ve used up the hot water.
The AC is a bit loud, my son slept okay, but me and my husband got waked up by the AC is the middle of the night.
Over all was great, we had a great day and my son was happy.

Great glamping experience! Clean, quiet, plenty of privacy. If the pond sites are available, highly recommend. Incredibly pet friendly. The stroopwafel s'more kit was next level 👌 🔥. There are 2 stove burners, kettle, one pot perfect for soup. Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware, knives, can opener. The fridge is small but adequate for 2 people.
