Nice tent site and campground. Campsite is down the hill enough that we were not bothered by the close bathroom. Lake is beautiful and we even saw a floatplane take off.

This is a great place to camp on the lake, which is nice for swimming and paddling. It has great trails as well for hiking, running and biking!

There is Absolutely, no soap or hand sanitizer anywhere to wash your hands. The sinks in the bathrooms continuously run wasting water. But then when you need to use them, don't work. Toilets do not flush correctly out of order signs on bathroom doors and shower.

We love Jackrabbit and have stayed in many different campsites. Our kiddos have come here since birth and we love sharing this special place with friends! Our site was otherwise well maintained as always. Would appreciate recycling facilities!

beautiful sites and well maintained. I loved that the shower rooms are separate from the toilet areas. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Our site seemed recently renovated. Nice, flat, and clear of debris. Fire ring and picnic table were also new. The trails were nice, and we could launch our kayaks right by our camp.
Loop C only had 1 functioning bathroom. There is no soap and no way to dry your hands in the 1 functioning bathroom. Surprisingly most sites were occupied on the weekend but I never had to wait to use any of the facilities.
Individual shower rooms were nice, and water was hot.

It's ALWAYS a 5 star experience at Jackrabbit Campground. We were in B loop, site 50, and had a great sunset view. It was clean, well attended to, and we were able to purchase firewood right at our site. The hosts are present and helpful. Water is easy to pump and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. We could bike, walk our dog, swim, paddleboard, and canoe. You see so many fish and wildlife. Birds we saw: osprey, bald eagle, green heron, a snipe, mallards, a mallard momma and chicks, eastern kingbirds, catbirds, great crested flycatcher, pine warblers, fish crows, yellow-throated warblers. Just a perfect place to car, tent, or RV camp!
