Armstrong Creek RV Park & Cabins

Great small RV park. Very quiet. Nice creek behind your site. I believe 2 cabins to stay in. Large RV site with all gravel very clean no rug needed. Bring your Starlink no cell service unless you have a good cellphone booster. Close to Marion NC. Did not need sound machine to go to sleep very quiet at night all you hear is the creek.

This place just reopened (partially) after getting wiped out by Hurricane Helene. It’s all super nice and new. Full hookups on level gravel. No bathhouse so they are only allowing RVs for now. Kim was super nice and she came by to say Hi and check on us. Probably the best firewood bundles of all time as well. Great location!

This park is recovering from hurricane damage is a diamond in the rough right now. I must say the proprietors are abundantly kind and helpful. It was very quiet at night and I particularly enjoyed the stream behind my site. GPS directions were a bit sketchy as was cell service, everything else was extremely comfortable.

The kindest and most genuine hosts I have ever come across! Would recommend to everyone! A family run campground that has a good vibe. They were super accommodating, and was very helpful with our late checkin. The campground was great overall. And I hope to be passing by the region again to go back.

We stayed at Armstrong Creek for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. There is still lots of work going on, but the place is nice, quiet, and dark at night so you can stargaze. The creek was so peaceful and our grandson loved playing in it. There is so much to do in the surrounding area - Linville Falls and the caverns, Grandfather Mountain, and just exploring all the great local cities. This is a great place to stay to be the hub for your exploring adventures.
