What Guests Are Saying
Curtis Creek Campground offers a clean and well-maintained environment with friendly hosts and beautiful surroundings, including access to a lovely creek and hiking trails. Many campers appreciated the updates made after Hurricane Helene, such as new tent pads, fire pits, and improved facilities. While some sites may have limited access or odor issues from pit toilets, overall experiences are positive, and many visitors express a desire to return.

Such an awesome campsite! The walk in sites are a bit of a trek, but well worth it for the privacy and creek access. The camp hosts were also top tier. They allowed us to switch sites when we noticed site 14 was empty had more space and natural sunlight (though 13 would've been great too). The campground is extremely clean and updated and my husband loved how level the site was. There is no cell service for Verizon, but we like it that way. My only recommendation would be to bring a car that has higher clearance as the road driving in is a little rough.

The campground is very nice and kept clean. The vault toilets were very clean. The creek is right there to enjoy and hear if you pick the right site. I stayed one night but would come stay again for sure.

Nice and cool up there. Campgrounds were very clean and so were the restrooms. Great stay. The camp-host was very nice as well.

This site used to be site 3. This would be a good site, but it has no view or access to Creek. After Hurricane there are many downed trees between site and the creek. The Pit Toilet is on this site . There is now a little bridge between Site 1 and Site 2. People camping on 1 will cross that bridge and walk within a few feet of your tent to get to bathroom. The Hosts are great and they keep everything tidy. However the smell from Pit toilet can be noticeable at times. I would not camp on this site again
