Do not book here if you are coming in for work. They charge a deposit and if things change with work they will not refund it. The guy took days to take my deposit and was not upfront about it being nonrefundable. We were recommended this place by a previous coworker but we would not recommend it in the future. For all of us blue-collar travelers do not give this park your money.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for almost a year and we thought this place was absolutely amazing. The amenities are like no other campground I have ever seen before for long term campers. The ability to only be paying lot rent really gave us the ability to get caught up with everything else going on in our lives. The use of the farmhouse was also really enjoyable. Jonathon was also more than willing to work with us if there was ever an issue with paying rent on time. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This is not a hotel. You have cabins you can rent. Camp ground area, also a few tent sires. Electrical, water, Internet, etc. Heated pool and hot tub. Laundry area. You are near the New Bern & Bayboro area. Several grocery stores, dollar generals, etc. This is a family environment here. A comfy little place. The owner, Jonathan is a great person. The atmosphere is quiet. It is pet friendly 🐾 ( leash required) with a fenced in area to let your fur babies run some energy off. Also, it is clean from the fur babies. It has a nice playground for the little ones. I would recommend this campground.

I lived there for almost 3 years. I loved the people there. The community is very friendly. The bathrooms are very spacious and clean. The farmhouse is beautiful and the owner Johnathan is constantly updating making things more comfortable and entertaining for children. He loves children!! The farmhouse also have a pool and hot tub, exercise room, and tv/ game room. And a nice living room where me and my family could watch movies together. He and his father was there for me and my family through some tough times. We literally felt like home there. It was very hard to leave because we were so comfortable there. And he even made that transition easy for us. He cares about people and he"s a God fearing man. The wifi can be hard to deal with at times, but Johnathan will do All he can to help. There is a pond. But if you want fishing, there are alot of places you can go. And you're less than an hour from the beaches and ferries. So perfect location. I highly recommend this campground for long term campers!! May God continue to bless and keep you Johnathan and your family, you will be missed!!!

This park is a dump.
The pool and hot tub is full of kids. No problem with kids but the water is dirty the hot tub is nasty.
They parked me on top of an ant farm…. Disgusting. Showers are nasty.
I would rather stay at truck stops.
Not worth $700 a month, not worth 300 a month.
I need to get out of here.
