Whispering Pines RV & Camping Resort

The staff was awesome. I was offered so much help from the annual site members and staff. My tire went flat there and people came to the rescue. The pool was closed. They only accept cash in store so I didn't buy anything. Also coin laundry was very disappointing. They need to upgrade to the system all Thousand Trails is on with app

Campground is great. When we decide to stay put for awhile, this place is one of the top spots. Hubby enjoyed pier fishing.

While we enjoyed the people the fact that if u sign a year lease in April, May, June, you have to be out by March!! How is that even legal? So I signed my lease April 7th but have to be out March 1st!? Makes no sense

We stayed here for 8 days. Very quiet and peaceful. We've seen more geese than people. Close proximity to everything. We enjoyed our daily walk and run. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Keep away from site 23B to 24B. It's tight for big rigs. And go spend some time at their pier to watch the sunrise and enjoy Bogue sounds in the afternoon. Donna is delightful and very friendly. We are coming back here again.

Had a great stay here, the campground is wonderful, saw a lot of complaints about ants, but we didn’t seem to have this problem, either fixed or someone just had a bad experience. Free cable, my only small issue is having to pay for WiFi, but that is a “me” problem. Staff was wonderful, location is excellent. Had a great time and if I come to the area again, will definitely come back!
