Visited in april. It was quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. Bring candles or bug spray as the mosquitos can be a bother! Bathrooms were very clean. What a gem!

Close to a great beach with miles of shoreline to explore, fish, etc. Campground and facilities were clean and well maintained. Sites are smaller and close together without much if any privacy. Close to town with all of its offerings and delicious fresh seafood markets.

Enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very welcoming & on top of their game! Only issue we had was that certain sites were very prone to flooding due to over abundance of rain this winter/early spring. ! With so many open spaces at the time we visited the park, it would have been a nice gesture for the hosts to offer alternative sites.

The beach is beautiful. The campground is quiet in the evenings. Star gazing is a must. 1718 brewery is a great place to relax and have a drink/meal.

I absolutely love this campground. I’ve been staying at Ocracoke for over 20 years. The hosts have to be the best in the country.
The facilities are amazing and appear to be cleaned twice a day. We stay a total of two weeks per year!

The ferry was cancelled and the road was closed and there was no way to get to Ocracoke to use the campsite. I thought that the reservation would be automatically cancelled and the fee refunded since it was inaccessible on the reservation date. I should get a refund!!

Second Host was unprofessional and her mannerisms needed a lot of work. There is a difference between PARKING on the street and blocking the road, and using your flasher and temporary unloading water for your camper.
