North Pointe RV Resort

Rv site, easy in/out for a stop over. Great area to walk. 50% paved roads. Pull thru, fhu, Crush or rock sites/grass with 2 person table and chairs. 2 dog parks, Beautiful pond.moderate traffic (95) noise and trains - =reduced until about 5am. We will definitely be back.

Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of North Pointe RV Resort
Road to: Good. Just a short ways off the hwy.
Road inside: Paved and Gravel. Good.
Trees: The trees looked trimmed.
Check in: Large size office.
Parking: Large size parking for rv
Seasonal campers: There is an area for seasonal. All seem well kept.
Signage: Good.
Site: Pull thru Gravel pad, and level. Had table. Site is dry.
View: Nice view of their large pond.
Site spacing: Most sites seem to have good spacing.
Bathhouse: Did not use.
Laundry room: Did not use.
Swimming pool: The pool is very large and seems nice.
Club house: Yes.
Fitness area: No.
Restaurant: No.
Grounds: Well kept and looking nice.
Air TV: Yes.
Wifi: Used our own T Mobile.
So here is the bad:
1) None. We would return again.

This might be a great place. Made a reservation for a future stay, 1.5 months in advance. Was told I needed to pay a deposit fee of $250. Was told this holds the spot and pays for final electric bill after we move out. Okay. Fair enough. We found a different RV park. (McGee’s Crossroads RV park) went a took a look. It is brand new and beautifully done, large spots full hookups for any size of RV. We decided to cancel our reservation here at North pointe, and was told “it is not our policy to give refunds” so… that $250 deposit….. no refunds.
Well hopefully whoever reads this will not make our same mistake and just meet us at Mcgees Crossraods RV park.

First time staying at this campground. We figured if all went well we'd use them next time we were traveling.
The lady I made reservations with was very nice and set us up with a nice site with a gazebo. Pretty campground.
The day we arrived we were running behind and got there just after camp office closed. I thought our paperwork was going to be posted for us to pickup, but it wasn't.
We knew our site, found it and the hubby started setting up. Gets everything done and comes to get me. He says everything is done but that we have no water. That was very inconvenient.
I looked online no emergency phone number listed for issues. Went to office nothing listed there either. Called the camp office to see what message said, no help there. Tried emailing, no one got back with us. All campgrounds should have an emergency phone number.
Next day a woman called and said that they were refunding our site fee, since we didn't have water. It's been almost 2 weeks and no refund has been issued.
Soooo....if you're planning on staying there, get there early to make sure everything at your site works! Because you'll get no help after hours!
As for staying there again. When I was told we were getting a refund, I thought well we'll try them again and see. But since we haven't received the refund, they're not at the top of my list!

We stayed here on September 3, 2025. We have stayed here for years. It is an easy on and off when traveling. Sites are large and they have a dog area. Management does an excellent job over seeing the park! We still miss Tony and Charlene, but will continue to stay here when traveling through the area.
