Gilligans Island Resort

This place was perfect! The owners are the best part!

Pros: great location on the water, has a pool, has golf carts/kayaks, convenient location to ice cream shop and breakfast place.

Cons: no pets in trailer, but they do have front porches and doggy gates for outside.

Nice little campground on the lake. Convenient and readily accessible. Would recommend as a place to go with a small to modest size rig but the pads and hooks ups are neat and clean.

My family and I stayed here, excellent guest services, extremely clean, well-maintained. Professional and Compassionate staff, I give the resort 10 out of 10. My family will be returning. Again love the resort, especially the family oriented activities. They have a pool, kayaks and fun activities in their pavilion for you and your family to enjoy. If you are looking for a family fun vacation, you will not be disappointed by staying at Gilligans Island Resort and Campground.

We stayed on their luxury rv site and LOVED it! The view was spectacular. Owners were very friendly. All of the bathhouse were spotless and well stocked. The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We'll definitely be returning.

Quite place, overall it's okay. The bathhouse is not very private. You must shower, then walk from shower to another room to get ready, no where to undress and redress directly after showering off, unless you stay in the wet shower to do this and the door to outside must stay open, which allows people outside to look in. Pool hours are "until close" so no idea of exact time of closing. The camping spot we got was nice and clean, it is directly on the lake. Lake is behind the camper, but still had a beautiful view. We did like the upper deck and the game hall. There are a bunch of games, including a pool table, connect four, pickle ball, and many more. The hall had fans in it and lead to the outside areas on both sides. There is a church service at the dock area on Sundays. Sugar Shack ice cream is walking distance. There is a golf cart path right between the spot and the mansion, which got busy during a certain part of day, otherwise quite and everyone that pass by was so nice, so not a problem for us, just something we noticed. Lastly, we did have an issue with the bath house with lighting, they wouldn't turn on, we had to figure it out. I did try calling and got no answer or returned call. Another day we tried calling bout return of the golf cart and I got no answer. So, left it in the garage. I do know it is just her and a couple helpers I would say, I think it's best to call much earlier in the day if you need them. As I said overall this place was clean, quite, and as described. It is a good spot for camping and relaxing.
