We stayed two nights and it was really nice. There is some road noise but it died down after 9:00 pm. The bath house was clean. The camp host was awesome. It’s very convenient to Theodore Roosevelt NP.

When I arrived the campsite said it was for RVs only, but that was not clear when I reserved it and I had a tent. The host said he has been dealing with this all season and that there was a glitch in the website. The whole campground is right next to the interstate so there is regular traffic noise.
When I went to bed the sky was clear and then all of a sudden it became very windy so I got up and put the rain fly on my tent. It was a good think I did because the lightning, thunder, and rain soon started. There were a few mosquitoes but not a swarm.

The site were very spacious and beautiful. We pulled in and could find our site easily. The site fit our 44 foot motorhome and Jeep. I wish the allowed reservations for more than 5 sites. The dump station was still broken although we didn’t need it. The host was very friendly. What a gem.

Excellent place to see the stars at night. Lots are paved. Theodore Roosevelt National Park is a must see in the area. Stop at the visitor center first then enter the park.

Conveniently located right off the interstate, though the noise does often carry into the campground. Having the showers for free was amazing and the camp host was great!

The showers were cold and smelled like eggs but were mostly clean. Bathrooms were clean but there are NO lights in the bathroom at all - so you have to bring your own light after sunset. Camp manager was super kind & friendly. There were dogs staying at a site close that barked throughout the night and kept our crew awake. Not the best but not the worst!
