The Wolf Creek Campground is located along the southern shore of beautiful Lake Sakakawea. The recreation area offers a wide variety of recreational activities, including boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, sailing, scuba diving, bird watching, and hunting. Very peaceful spot although it was a weekday and we were virtually the only ones there. Easy to get in and out. Fresh water fill station along with sewage dump is nice. I like how primitive it is. You’re right on the water with a great view of the lake. I’ll definitely come again

We had a great adventure tent camping and kayaking. Other campers had games like ladder ball and glow in the dark bocce ball. We are looking forward to our adventure to Lake Sakakawea.

Beautiful view of the water, spacious campsites (we had 38 and 39), easy walking trail to water to fish (right off spot 38) Very peaceful! Wasp were a slight issue, just don’t have any food or drinks outside uncovered.

Very clean camp grounds, to bad the road isn't paved ~ 4 mi of gravel...lots need to be bigger for larger campers and boats.. see you next year! ;-)

Nice area water was low but still had a nice beach area. Bathrooms were clean and was nice that they had potable water. The camp host wasn't very friendly but the overall campground was nice and well kept.
