Great place to stay, brought my wife and kids up for a year for work. A lot of area for your dogs to run in play on the property where you’re far enough away from everyone else so you don’t have to worry about anyone complaining if that’s ever an issue. If you’re ever late on a payment they’re very understanding and will work with you. Onsite laundry and showers, free WiFi, a recreation room with weight Equiptment and a pool table. Very close to grocery stores and whatever else you need. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Watford. Great people, and Jose will help

Cabins are old , our neighbors were loud partying all night, be ready for your water to freeze up in the winter, and for some reason it always smells like sewer outside. They had some amenities but honestly they didnt make up for the bad, and its the most expesive trailer park in town... For what?

Very helpful and accommodating. Any problems I have ever had even with my personal camper the owner would help out no matter how long the problem took to resolve my issues. Landscaping is taken care of and on site laundry. Been happy staying with them for years. Open with year round utilities and have a bath house.

Although this park has spacious spots .. the showers ,toilet and laundry facilities are NASTY! Not clean . If u move here ? I suggest to be self maintained in your camper . Prairie view is close to amenities . Also no one is ever in office and phone calls are returned at there convenience.. 2hrs or more . I do not recommend this park .

Customer Service is professional and very helpful express what you may need for your stay.The cabins, grounds are kept clean. Most reasonable rates in area for cabins. Folks these are oilfield reminiscent accomodations not a 5 star hotel. From what I can see reading other reviews people don't understand the difference. They are safe and friendly but as any other partially furnished apartment you need to provide your own bedding, towels and kitchen utensils. I recommend this place.
