What Guests Are Saying
Mill Creek Camping at Berlin Lake is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean and spacious campsites, and friendly atmosphere, making it a great place for outdoor enthusiasts and families. However, many reviews highlight the need for renovations in the bathhouses and improvements in site management to enhance the overall experience. While some visitors enjoyed the lively environment, others noted that noise levels, particularly from motorboats and generators, could detract from relaxation.

We are retired and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere during the week. We like to walk and bike the roads within the campground. The boat launch area is usually entertaining - watching novices and experts put their boats in and out of the water! Birds, deer, wildlife is abundant and nature is all around you. A raccoon visited our site each night - I got the feeling he/she was used to "handouts" - not from us though! We shooed him/her away.

Had a wonderful time. Fishing was great at Berlin lake. The campground hosts were very nice. Dominick especially -always working. Les’s bait just off 224 is great place to buy bait and tackle and snacks. Overall a perfect time.

We had a problem with neighbor and their generator. The first problem was they did not want to hear it so they moved it 100 feet into the woods just behind our site. The 1st night it ran all night. The rangers talked to them on Saturday about shutting it down at 10pm. Saturday night we finally got them to shut it off at 11:30pm. It was on again at 4:30 am. Sunday the rangers were able to help us change sites for the remainder of our stay. Generators should be like camping units. Where the signs say no camping beyond this point the generators should not be allowed beyond that point. Not only are they annoying to others they become a fire Hazzard hidden in the woods running.

Milk Creek has the opportunity to be a great camp ground but lacks a lot currently. The peninsula surrounded by water and a beautiful lake are awesome but 90% of sites can’t see water or not electric. The location of bath and shower not being walking distance or even in some of the camping wings is a big negative. The property around the camp sites need managed better in terms of cleaning up the woods. Don’t get me wrong this is a nice camp ground but could be so much more.
