What Guests Are Saying
Mill Creek Camping at Berlin Lake is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean and spacious campsites, and friendly atmosphere, making it a great place for outdoor enthusiasts and families. However, many reviews highlight the need for renovations in the bathhouses and improvements in site management to enhance the overall experience. While some visitors enjoyed the lively environment, others noted that noise levels, particularly from motorboats and generators, could detract from relaxation.

Very nice campground at the lake with flush toilets and showers. Regular patrols by the county sheriff department and park staff at night. There was no firewood to buy when I checked in but my camp neighbor gave me some extra wood to burn

Camping areas spread apart with a choice of more sunny and/or shady sites. You can enjoy walks or ride bikes throughout campground. Nice boating or kayaking on lake. Downside, the use of loud generators, especially early morning 6-8am (when still trying to sleep, kids up too early then irritable later ) and evening 8-10pm (when trying to enjoy a quiet evening around campfire). The noise is irritating and just rude especially at the times mentioned.

The staff was GREAT. The only downfall was that there was not anywhere, such as a deck or pier for wheelchair accessible fishing. A very nice place to visit is White house fruit farm. It isn't far (16 minutes away) and has delicious donuts, a nice deli and unique items!

Large, well-maintained campground with electric sites in two of the loops. Many sites with access to the lake. The Maplewood area, M1-M13 sites that are big rig friendly but M21 and M23 have steep ditches on each side of the driveway so bring your best parking skills. A good place to stay when visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

I found that Mon-Thru is the best time to stay if you like peace & quiet. With the three unit per site now allow for more party groups to come on the weekends, making for an unplecent stay. Being a reservation site only makes it hard to move when people come in next to you with pets that do excessive barking. Let just put point blank. Over the last 50yrs it's gone from a ratting of 5 to a 3 out of a 1 thru 5 ratting.
I see that they done away with a lot of the activities set more for family fun like movie nights. Not keeping the hiking trail clean & well maintained for use. Bridges that use to be crossing water ditches in picinic area at boat ramp are gone making for limited access to them.
It sad to say this but some of the camp-host, workers, & ranger do care about the campground while the rest are just doing it for the $$ an give you a attiude when you have a complaint.
