Buckeye Lake Estates

I love it here. The management is very helpful. I have found the right place to park my camper. They offer year round camping, they have on site laundry facilities, as well as showers. There is a professional cleaner that is in every couple of days to keep the community building in top shape.

I live in the mobile home side and I love it. The park is in excellent condition. The park owners take great care of this community. Everyone on both sides RV and Mobile home side are friendly and it’s like a family park.❤️❤️

Wish Sally still ran the actual trailer side. They like to pass out notices and fine for ridiculous reasons. Everytime it rains the roadways flood to the point water is up to the bottom of your car doors.

I bought a place here in May. Since I have been here they have repaved the roads. That was the only thing that was a problem.

This is a very nice community. Its quiet here. Friendly neighbors. The managment does a fantastic job with upkeep of the grounds. There are trailers for sale here that are vacant, but renovations have been done to the ones owned by the park.

I found this place through my parents experience in the RV side, which I might add is very well maintained, and accommodating for all types of RVs. My parents had a 35 footer, and had plenty of parking.

All in all, a nice quiet community, no sign of drugs or run down trailers. Has access to Lakewood local schools, and Millersport school district. Lot rent is fair, and compared to the other parks in Buckeye Lake, this is by far the best.

I live on the RV side and have been here almost 2 years. I can't complain about the park except it would be nice if they did a better job of keeping it up. (gravel for the drive ways, and a better job of mowing the grass, especially the weed eating) I have no problems with my neighbors, very nice people. The oil and Dam workers who come in for short periods pretty much leave everyone alone and are very nice. Sally has always been very nice with me and cordial when I have spoken with her.

This is a no thrills RV park, not really meant for families. I would recommend it for a FT RV'er or someone that needs a place to stay for a short term. It is open all year round so that is a big plus.
