Camp Tuscazoar

Camp Tuscazoar is my absolute favorite mtn bike trail system in NE Ohio. It winds through an 800+ acre, hundred year old Boy Scout camp. It's quiet. The trails are challenging, and the mileage is growing every year. Mine Shaft has been a fantastic addition, along with Outpost. Just the serenity of the entire place makes it an excellent place to shred. Thank you to Kenny, Dan, and Darryl and everyone else that makes this place possible! Nukeproof!

Camp Tuscazoar in Ohio is an absolute delight! From the moment you arrive, you can tell it’s a place made for fun, fresh air, and great memories. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are well cared for, and there’s just an all-around happy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay longer.

And then there’s Ranger Dan — truly a camp favorite! He’s friendly, funny, and full of energy, with a love for the camp that’s impossible not to smile about. Whether he’s sharing stories, helping out, or just making everyone feel at home.

Camp Tuscazoar is the kind of place that leaves you with muddy shoes, tired legs, and a big grin on your face. Five stars all the way — we can’t wait to come back!

Camp Tuscazoar is such a great place! From the awesome trails to the well-kept campsites, it’s hard not to have a good time here. There’s always something fun going on, and the whole camp has a welcoming, upbeat vibe. Huge shout-out to Ranger Dan — he’s the best! He’s always friendly, super helpful, and somehow seems to show up with firewood right when you need it most. That extra thoughtfulness really makes a difference and helps everyone enjoy their time even more. If you’re looking for a place to relax, laugh, and make great memories, Camp Tuscazoar is the spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing as always! Our Scout Troop just finished our 15th annual Christmas Campout weekend, and everything was great! Cabin was clean and well stocked (firewood & paper products for bathroom) upon arrival. Check in with Dan, the ranger, who ALWAYS fulfills the 12 points of the Scout Law - especially the courteous, kind, friendly and cheerful, went smooth as he checked us in and went over check out requirements that needed to be completed on Sunday. Dan arrived promptly on Sunday at the agreed upon check out time, inspected, and we were on our way! Can't wait to come back! Thank you Dan and Tuscazoar Foundation.

An amazing public use Scout Camp. Miles of up kept trails, rental cabins, Adirondacks, dining hall, and large beautiful hall for special occasions. Equestrian and dog friendly!! Always something for everyone at Tuscazoar!!
