Nice place if you have kiddos! They have so much to do! They have daily different activities for kids, a pool, a swim pond, a fishing pond, and you can even sign out canoes and kayaks to use while there. Camping spots are super close together but people are very friendly and like I said, the kids had a blast! Kids ages during our visit were 7,8,and 10

We've been seasonal campers at Roundup Lake for years because we genuinely enjoy the campground and the friends we've made there. That's what makes it frustrating to watch so many of the things that made this place special slowly disappear.

Over the last several years we've seen activities reduced or eliminated, including the bands, poker runs, aqua aerobics, and other events that helped build the community. The mini golf has been "coming soon" for years, meetings with seasonal campers have gone away, and communication with campers seems far less open than it used to be. Meanwhile, rates continue to increase.

Another concern is the online presence. In my experience, people who express opinions that differ from management's seem to be removed or blocked from the campground's Facebook page. When that happens, it naturally raises questions about whether the overwhelmingly positive comments and reviews on Facebook and Google reflect the full range of customer experiences. Open discussion—including respectful criticism—helps build trust.

The campground is still a beautiful place, and the staff works hard, but seasonal campers deserve to feel like their concerns matter. We don't expect every suggestion to be implemented, but we do expect honest communication and follow-through when improvements are promised.

Many of us invest thousands of dollars into our sites and spend months here each year. We simply want management to listen to the people who support the campground year after year and make seasonal campers feel like valued customers again.

I want to thank the whole staff at this campground! We had a big family weekend scheduled here at the campground, and our cabin ended up getting some unexpected damage.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were not only accommodated, but upgraded because of the issue. It’s the kind of service that makes someone feel truly appreciated. It’s the kind the kind of service makes someone want to advocate for a business.

Thank you so much for an awesome and epic weekend!

Great family camp ground! A lot of amenities and awesome shore fishing! Highly recommend taking your family for a weekend. They have both RV and tent sights.
