Although we had a beautiful site and enjoyed our stay one thing that should be noted NONE of the bathrooms/bathhouses where working. This was NOT stated when we booked our site.

A quiet gem on the Ohio River. Beautiful sites. All paved. Easy access from the River road. We are 40’ towing a pickup and had no problem getting into park and had a long pull through. We had 50 amp and water was accessible with a long hose. Good dump station. Little cell phone coverage on AT&T and Verizon.

Guess you should post on the site that the bathroom/ showers are out of order. Great campground and camp host though!

I prefer to reserve camping spots that offer showers and restrooms. Leith run offered both. However, when we arrived, the restroom and shower house was closed for over a year! The website doesn't say that they are and have been closed and apparently are not in any hurry to get them back up and running. The vault/pit restrooms were full of flies. Pretty awful. The other thing, I reserved in advance the spot that I wanted, but when we arrived, our spot was occupied. We let him stay and we chose another spot that was very nice. No view of the river like the original spot, but nice.

This is a favorite campground for us. We love being on the Ohio River, hearing and seeing the barges and trains across the river. Very small, quiet, beautiful. Close to Marietta, which is a fun town to visit. We also enjoy taking the Sisterville ferry across the river.

Park is nice. Pit toilet was clean. The men's toilet paper dispenser wasn't locked. Causing it to flop open when getting toilet paper. Grass and stick debris on all of the pads. Hope the shower house gets fixed soon.

This is a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy the river. The level terrain and paved walking /biking trails are nice. There is very limited cellular service available.

My absolute favorite place to go camping. Love the small feeling of the campground. Not like some places where I’ve been where there are 500 campsites. Being along the river and watching the water flow by and watching the wildlife. My only issue is the same at ALL campgrounds are people bringing their noisy dogs. Some dogs are great but it seems like every camper that I stay beside has that one barking noisy dog. I work hard and when we go camping it’s for the peace and quiet. But that never seems to be the case. Along with every campground! We leave our dog at home with a house sitter so we do not bother anyone else. RESPECT!
