What Guests Are Saying

Town and Country Camp Resort offers a fun camping experience with activities like karaoke nights, crafts, hayrides, and fishing. The campground features a friendly atmosphere, clean facilities, and various amenities, including a pool, playground, and sports courts. However, it is primarily a trailer park with mostly seasonal campers, and some areas require better maintenance, particularly for overnight visitors placed further back from main amenities.

We stopped here for one overnight stay on our way home. Like other reviews mention this is definitely not a rv resort but more of a trailer park with permanent residents. They put everyone paying by the night in the very back which puts you really far away from the office, pool and everything else. The sites are ok but I wouldn’t want to park there if it has recently rained. Our sites had large ruts where others have gotten stuck, the electric hook up was leaning badly and the campfire ring was full of weeds - which we burned out. The best thing going for an overnight stay is that it is cheap and close to highway.

This is a camp ground. Has pull thru sites with full hookups up front and other full hook up in back. Has both 30amp and 50amp sites. Roads are gravel . There is a nice pool. 1/2 basketball court, beach volleyball court, nice wooden playground for kids. Horseshoe pits,Fishing ponds, baseball field in the back. There is 1 cabin you can rent. Also has seasonal sites. ( April 1rst-Oct 31rst) All in all its a pretty clean and very laid back camp ground. Pets are welcomed with a fee I believe. They have bingo and poker most Friday nights and other activities most weekends. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Expect to be waved at with a smile by many and if you talk to seasonal campers you might even get invited to their site for a fire.

Not sure where to start, calling this establishment a resort is a little misleading. We chose this spot because of location, it worked for us. We stayed two nights with no issues at all. Site # 174 which is clear in the back, and that area is mostly traditional camping. Very large campground and 95% seasonal campers. Some of the grounds are nicely kept, and then there are parts that need major TLC. Overall I would camp here again, it's a shame the grounds are not better maintained.

This park was quiet. The sites were large woth plenty of grass for your dog to do their business BUT I noticed there were a couple dogs loose that I saw pooping all over. I believe it was the property owners dogs because they went to the office / house and someone was taking care of the dog for a moment. The dogs seem friendly BUT still pooping everywhere which is probably why I saw poo in my site before walking my dogs. There were Beautiful ponds with geese so watch out for their poo too. They had nice trees for coverage. Other than that stuff it seems to be well kept. Beautiful property. Lost 1 star for me because of the loose dogs when that's a rule there.
