The Community RV Park

Overnight stop at best. Everyone else that was here with us for work left. Unkept grass caused mice damage in vehicles. Poorly maintained and barely managed. The last month we were there they auto overcharged our card and have not responded to any requests to correct. Requested refund for 2 weeks they charged that we won’t even be there and crickets. Park needs big money poured into it. And management that is active in the daily running of the park. There is no one onsite or an office. Thieves!!!!

This is a great place for a short stay to visit with family nearby. The private restroom/shower facilties are clean and well kept. The rates are reasonable am Ms. Case (the owner/operator) is very nice.

We needed an overnight stay found this nice campground. Peaceful . Has pond for fishing, nice bathrooms, showers, laundry and dog park owners and park manager very friendly.

We needed an overnight spot and to get out of some severe weather in Texas. The staff told me a site to use and said they would email me my receipt, the WiFi password and info about the park. I never received it even though I called back later and told them I hadn't received the email yet. While there, I never saw anyone that worked there, so I never got my receipt. We pulled in and found we were assigned a grass spot even though there were ones with concrete pads available. It was very tough to level on the lumpy grass. It poured rain all night and a lot of the park was underwater when we left the next morning. All the hook ups worked fine but that was about the end of it. I have no idea of what else was offered because I never received any info and the office was never opened. I think the park caters mostly to permanent residents and people passing through are just a way to make a quick buck. Not worth $50 a night, especially since it is such a "serve yourself" place.

Nice and quiet RV park with clean laundry and bathrooms available. A large fenced dog park. Staff is prompt to return calls. Great place to stay!
