Even though there's really no protection from the Oklahoma wind, we loved being near the water. The bathrooms we used regularly, including the showers were always clean. Our only complaint is the campground is infested with stickers, making life miserable for our little Yorkshire terrier. We will have boots for him before our next camping trip.

Even though there's really no protection from the Oklahoma wind, we loved being near the water. The bathrooms we used regularly, including the showers were always clean. Should have been a 5 but....... no map of where campsites were located. I get there are no staff but there should be a paper copy with camp sites identified on a window. Might also help find the beach. Says there is one but we never found it. Bathrooms good but needed more regular cleaning. Too many burrs on the ground. You also need to better identify that you have pull thru sites. On the plus side this is an absolutely beautiful area. We enjoyed exploring.
