Facilities are new, bathrooms and showers are clean. Trees are few as it is new but pads are clean and level.

There are sandbur stickers everywhere, trash cans are not near camping area, when crew mowed around camp site we was in they blew grass and stickers on the patio area we was in and when I confronted them about the man on the lawnmower was very rude. The parking spot and patio area was nice concrete. Not much to do in the area. No TV channels on the antenna.
