This campground is very nice, lots of space between sites. We absolutely loved the view of the lake. The woman who was working the gate was incredibly helpful and very kind. It's definitely a "come back to" kind of place!

Our group has been staying at this location every 6 months for several years now and have always enjoyed our experience. This is a beautiful lake and is always well maintained.

Always enjoy our times at Canadian Canton. Wish there were a fish cleaning station over the water. It would make things so much nicer.

Beautiful campground! Probably the best laid out campground we have stayed at. The sites are bigger than they look and the table with cover area is fantastic. Not close to much, but very peaceful and relaxing. Too cold for the beach when we were there. So can't comment on that.

It's always good just to have a place to camp for the Walleye rodeo. The lady at checkin was good enough to help me get an America The Beautiful card for seniors which will save me money for next year's rodeo plus save us on other places to camp between now and then. Thanks.

I tried to get reservations here in this area, but they were supposed to be all full so I tried the big bend area, The website was acting all wonky and kept refusing my information, , but I found one site 59 and reserved it. I had all the dates correct but when we arrived they had reserved me into the wrong days and had also reserved another site as well. The man in the check-in area callled here and they did have one site open and Veronica the lady in the check-in was very kind and helped cancel the other reservations. This area is preferred as we just come from a few hours away to get a break once in a while. The bad thing is people reserve the sites and do not cancel, so it always shows full.

Excellent area! Right across the street from the prairie dogs. They’ve really done well with keeping the stickers down. The site was clean upon arrival. The only downside is the lack of trees. It’s due to the tornado some years back but other than that, top notch! Will be returning soon!
