The campsites in the high 20’s and 30’s have very little shade. Some site throughout the camp have no water. Make sure you have 3-4 hoses and a splitter because you may have to share water.

The camp host was amazing!! Clean park, nice swim beach. We have a 40ft Monaco, hit a few limbs on the way in but nothing big. The causeway entering the park is crazy narrow!! Go slow and use caution!

Sandy cove you have to share a water source so make sure you have a splitter and a really ling hose!
Other than that it's a really nice place to stay !

From Canton, OK: Go .5 miles west on Highway 51, turn right (north) on Highway 58A and travel 2.3 miles. Turn right at the 3-way Stop intersection and continue on Highway 58A to the north end of the dam. The swimming area and campground are on the left.
Sandy Cove is accessible via Highway 51 and Highway 58A. Highway 51 is the nearest major road, located approximately 0.5 miles from the campground.
