It was a bit crowded as the sister location was temporarily closed. Needs some more trees but facilities were good otherwise

We booked a site 6 weeks prior to arrival. It was a one night stay (half way point on a trip). We arrived at the park after driving 5 hours, only to find our site was already occupied. This is a self check in park, no gate attendant. We called the number given for the park, no answer. Left a message, and call was never returned. After looking online, there were no other sites available. We had to leave to park. We again called the park the next day, still no answer. Left another message, which was not returned either. I have requested a refund, but one week out, still no response. I would not recommend this park. Poorly managed.

Overall a really nice place, But there are stickers in the grass/lawn burweed so once those are gone will make it better.

We had a great time. Julie keeps the park very clean, but she appreciates when campers do their part too. One of our favorite parks.
