This is one of the nicest COE parks we have stayed in and we travel all over the USA. It is a fairly new park on Texoma lake Oklahoma side. All pads are concrete and fairly level. All picnic tables are covered. There is a nice fishing dock in the park with good lighting for night fishing. Close to Sherman and Denison for dining and shopping. The only complaint would be the shower building. Needed a cleaning and not well ventilated so it was hot in the summer time and the water temperature was preset so you could not take a cool shower. Other than the shower issues it was great! We would stay there again if in the area . The lake was pretty and clear.

Wonderful spot in a pretty cove! Very clean, level, and well kept campground. Lack of signage and GPS issues made it a bit confusing to find, so just double check to make sure you know where you are going. :)

Love the upgrades that have been done I have camped at east burns many times and the sites look amazing .... wish there was more monitoring if the wake zone seadoos seem to think it doesn't apply to them and run right up on people who are swimming but other then that no complaints i always love my stays
