The site was fine, there was no water and bathrooms were still closed for winter. There was a camper in our site, we set up in the next site after calling recreation dot gov. There was no host onsite that made their presence known.

It was in the high 70’s and we found out they did not have any water available after we got all set up. Wish they would have had signs up to make sure you get portable water before setting up . No onee was at the entrance when we arrived !

Excellent park with beautiful vistas, spacious sites, well landscape, the paved site is level with a very nice picnic table under a metal roof to provide shelter.
One minor drawback is the lack of signs to direct you from the roadway ,as well as the interior roads and site numbers are hard to locate/read while navigating the beautiful park.
This park is in our list to comeback and spend a longer period while enjoying the magnificent lake which apparently is a fisherman's paradise as we noticed several people fishing as well as boating.

Very nice facility with water front sites. The concrete drives are outstanding and level. The covered tables are an added feature. We will stay here often.
