What Guests Are Saying
Redbud Bay offers a quiet and clean camping experience, with helpful staff like Jeff who assist with reservations. However, some campers have reported issues with rude attendants and outdated electrical hookups that require upgrades. While the park has beautiful surroundings, there are concerns about disturbances from neighboring campers and the absence of a dump station for longer stays.

Very nice small campground on Lake Oolagah with shaded sites and good hookups. You are surrounded by the lake in most sites with a good view of the water. Be sure to bring all you need as there are few services in the immediate area.

Showed up an hour early and seen that our campsite was occupied. Went to ask the camp host if we had the wrong site and she said he is usually gone by now. Said check in wasn't till six we would have to come back.asked if we could put some of our gear somewhere, cause we have to make two trips and we live two hours away. She said we could put it by her trailer if it was only gonna be about an hour and she wasn't to happy with that. Me and my wife both felt like outsiders and not very welcomed there. We decided to cancel the reservation, but the website wouldn't allow it. Didn't want to waste our days off so we booked a hotel room that blew our budget. Didn't turn out to be the camping trip in nature that we anticipated. Got home and didn't even want to think about another camping trip. Figured that you have to be a regular to feel like your welcomed at those places.

Redbud bay is a beautiful park. Only thing i disliked was the fact that it didnβt have showers although there may not be room for a shower building. And It is my belief that all shared water outlet should have a Y attached to them but I realize some may think they need it more than everyone else and claim it. One the website for locations with shared water a recommendation of obtaining a Y should be noted. During my time there wasnβt an attendant until my last two days and I never saw them out and about. Not that I needed them ! Would I stay again and recommend the park? You betcha !!

Small and quiet park... Cell phone service was excellent. Suggest getting wifi for the park no bigger than what it is. All of the camp sites, except a couple are all overlooking the lake and fairly easy access for bank fishing. We will stay there again...

Beautiful, well maintained, loved it here. Camp host was awesome! Our site wasnβt good, we barely fit and it was so sloped we couldnβt stay. Need better descriptions of each site.

The weather and campsite was absolutely beautiful. We had a great experience. The only thing that could've made it better would be running water in bathrooms.
