Most of the campsites in this area are HARD to get parked. As most are back in spots, there are so many trees that obstruct movement. Also, whatever you do, do not rent space S01 on Highway 9 Landing. The "host" is a joke...campsite is more his personal space. Nice enough guy, but not a host. His camp was loud - one evening after dark, someone pulled up in a car and sat in it blaring their radio. Husband finally walked outside and stood out there until they turned it down. When the walls of your RV are shaking, your music is too loud. Also, if you want to fish off a bank, this site isn't for you either. Water is very shallow. Lastly, no dump station on premise. You have to haul your portable gray tank across the street to the North campsite. I wouldn't recommend or stay at this site again.

The campsites are small and not for tent camping. Unfortunately we ended up finding another campground that could accommodate us better. The staff are super nice and helpful!

We had a good experience. The main complaint is the campsites are in bad shape and need a lot of work. Pavement on pad has deteriorated and has left sharp edges and nails sticking out

Love the campground. But quite a few trees need trimmed that overhang on to camper roof. The campsite we were in the as infested with fire ants.

Park needs some updating. Roads are rough, sites difficult to maneuver for 30' motor home pulling tow dolly w/vehicle. Bathrooms need updating. Busy during the weekends due to boaters loading and unloading. Water hydrants and electric hook ups were oddly placed. We will visit again but would like to see more 50 amp spots for larger rigs.
