What Guests Are Saying
Chicken Creek offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with stunning lake views and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many visitors. While the campground has been praised for its clean facilities and helpful hosts, there have been consistent complaints regarding maintenance issues, particularly with the grass height and overflowing trash dumpsters. not all campsites have there own water (might need 100 ft of hose) No gray water @ campsite - have to dump @dump station

Overall the park is ok. But needs a a lot of updating. Railroad tiles are rotted and there is rebar exposed in the ground. Also there is sites that has the table on wrong side.

Wish the Corp would concrete all the campsites. Number 11 was a total mud puddle after a rain. Camp host were friendly and the restroom were somewhat clean most of the time.

I felt profiled by the gate keeper. Said we did not look old enough to have an access card. Age has nothing to do with it. I have a disability.
