Great tent camping at sites 41 and site 37. Hiking in the area is amazing! Great visitor center! The bathrooms in the campground are functional but dirty! Floors had hair and debris built up in the corners. FYI No cell phone service at the campground.

The group campsite was great we had plenty of electric outlets at the pavilion along with 4 large picnic tables. The staff did an excellent job of welcoming us.

Great spot! Near parking lot and bathrooms but still secluded enough with ample of space between neighbors. Everyone respected quiet hours and the stars were incredible. Site was clean and had a nice flat area for our tent.

I 100% recommend this campsite It was huge, largely clean, beautiful, and had a lot of amenities on the site that were helpful, like trash bins, showers and restrooms, along with bundles of wood to buy for campfires. I love how there is no service on this campsite because it forces me and others, who need to get away from technology, to do so and enjoy the beauty of God's earth. Nearby on the campsite is a trail and mountain, Little Baldy Trail and Mount Little Baldy, respectively. Lots of hiking and sights to behold, along with lots of elk, bison, and longhorns everywhere. Be careful though! I definitely plan to come back sometime in the future, as I haven't even gotten through everything at the refuge in 2 days, could perhaps spend close to a week exploring everything. Camp out here, and explore the rest of the Wildlife Refuge! you won't regret it.
