What Guests Are Saying
Lakeside campground offers a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained environment with friendly staff and good fishing opportunities, making it a favorite for many campers. While the updated camping loops D through F have received positive feedback, some campers noted issues with bathroom access, cleanliness, and the need for better maintenance in certain areas. Overall, visitors appreciate the scenic views and peaceful atmosphere, though some improvements are still desired, particularly regarding facilities and site conditions.

our rv spot was nice but nearly everyone camped there memorial day weekend had loose dogs running around. we keep ours connected to tie-outs when camping and the loose dogs kinda drove them nuts.

the parking spots for the trailers needs to be a little wider so that the stairs do not have a huge last step. the stairs end at the edge of the cement making for a very big last step. to hard on us older people.

Stayed here for 14 consecutive days. Love the layout and the campsites where inaccurately clean! Though I will say of you camp here don’t forget anything. It’s a bit of a drive to the nearest gas station or Walmart.
✅ watched movies off of my AT&T hotspot daily with no problems
✅ during the week it was just me and 1 other lone camper
✅ lots of places to explore with Molly
✅ showers and bathrooms where close and very clean
✅ would definitely camp here again

The asphalt pads tend to be very level, but the site I was on had a drop off of about 3-4 inches on the side that the trailer door was on. Had to be very careful to not twist an ankle when stepping down. I noticed several sites that also had fairly large drop offs. Other than that, it was pretty good overall.
