What Guests Are Saying
Turkey Pass Campground is a clean and well-maintained site with spacious tent and RV spots, hot showers, and amenities like picnic tables and fire pits. Families appreciate the playground and trails for kids, and many enjoyed their stay overall. However, some guests faced issues with check-in instructions, cleanliness of bathrooms, noise from neighbors, and ticks in the area, which detracted from their experience.

Beautiful camp ground. Level cement pads with picnic table and fire pit. Showers had good pressure and hot water. We'll be back.

The grounds are great, but the reason for the 3 stars is because we didn't get the check-in instructions which made it difficult to find our spot at night. No details on the park, address or any info. Only thing we recieved was the receipt for our payment. When we called in the day of check-in the first rep was rude and made us feel like we were bothering her. The second rep was helpful and said he would send us the info but never recieved it.

We enjoyed our trip. There were a few things that equated to a deduction of a star. Bathrooms were out of hand soap and not super clean but it is a state park. The quiet hours are not really enforced as several of our neighbors played loud music and partied well into the night (the camp host was the spot across from us). There is only one dump station for those sites that don't have sewer. We were 5th in line at noon.
Things to note, there is alligator grass in all the grass so don't walk barefoot and watch your pets. We pulled off a few ticks from us and the dogs (seed ticks and line star ticks) so make sure you spray and check daily.
Also I am not sure with the park in pay how people know if spots are open and not reserved since there are no markings on sites and you are suppose to reserve and pay after you park?
Pros: plenty of space for kids to ride and play. They spent a lot of time at the playground and playing with neighboring kids. Lots of trails. The spot we stayed in was spacious and paved but not level. Includes grills, fire pit and table and close to the amenities. Camp host greeted us upon arrival. We would come back.

Very nice campground. Unfortunately we were in a Class A with a toad and the roads out of the campground aren't very class a friendly. We made it but not easy.
Well kept.
Spot #12 was the only pull thru with 50amp.
