The water is extremely low and all we had to view and swim in was mud. Thick, black, nasty mud.

Bear Creek Cove is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained grounds and exceptional camp host, Neal, who enhances the camping experience with his friendliness and cleanliness efforts. Campers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, spacious sites, and the overall cleanliness of the facilities, including bathrooms. However, some have noted challenges with water quality and the check-in process due to limited cell service, along with occasional weather-related issues.

This campground was groomed and very inviting. The camp host was personable and you could see he was very proud of his campground.

Having camp sites 16 and 17 all went well except there are no covers over the tables which would have been a lot nicer
