Beautiful campsite very well maintained and clean just need more ventilation in the bathroom it's hard to take a shower and then get dressed when everything sticks to you from no ventilation

My experience was great. The only problem is why the other campers are not required to live up to the regulations that the Corp. of Engineers lay down for those using the the RV Park as to only two vehicles, not parking on the grass, keeping pets on a leash. When mentioned this to the park volunteers, the answer I get is that when they give warning out to the guests, they are not backed up by the Rangers. I have seen two and three boats parked beside the campers. When camping at Coon Creek 20 years ago, this was not allowed and the rangers would enforce this, instead of just passing by.

It was hot that week camp having the breaker trouble at the campground tripped the breaker about five times a day. Hard to keep cool only have 30 amp breakers at the campground.

Stay was nice. I think some things that would help improve future stays could be upgrade electric service to 50amp. Most newer rv’s are equipped with 50 amp.

A delightful place to camp. Well maintained by COE, well done. I was surprised to find there was a great number of birds in and around Kaw Lake. I will camp here again when travel brings me back to the area.
