Only stopped for one night, but was a very nice area next to the lake. The showers were very clean and I liked that I could adjust the temperature. The whole park was clean and had a good setup.

From Hugo, OK, take Highway 70 east for 10 miles, then turn north onto Highway 147. Continue for 2 miles and follow the posted signs to the campground.
Virgil Point is accessible via Highway 70, which connects to the east of Hugo, OK. It is also accessible via Highway 147, which leads directly to the campground after a short distance.

4.1 mi drive to downtown Sawyer (about 7 min)

General
- Pets must remain on leash under 6 feet in length

- A dump station is on property, any discharge of waste waters is prohibited.
