Ladybird Landing

It’s hard to park a long camper in the right place all the way back because where the door opens the drop off is a good at least 18 inches to the ground. The camper driveways was put in either a curve. We liked everything else but the camper sites.

We love staying at Ladybird, we stay in small loop with two campsites tbat share a water. It is designed for small rigs or tents. When we arrived this time, a large 5th wheel was parked in the loop completely blocking it where we could not pull through. They also parked in front of the water hookup and used it for themselves. We had to fill our water tank at a different site and also had to back in the site. We never saw the people and were disappointed the camp host/ranger allowed them to block the complete loop and use the water without a splitter. When reserving, the rig size limit is stated and you must type in your rig length. They should not have been allowed to park in the loop and block it. There were other open sites.

The electrical pedestal needs some attention. It seems that the plug or breaker needs to be replaced or both. It kept kicking off and my camper would get hot. And im sure its not good for the campers electical sytem.

Beautiful location on the lake, but the sites could use some updating and pad leveling. Grass was over a foot tall everywhere. We were one of 3 campers outside of volunteers, yet the rangers shut us down from our leisurely ride on our electric scooters as they violate the rules for safety… what a joke! When licensed adults can’t even ride ultra quiet scooters with a max speed of 17 mph throughout park roads, our freedoms are being infringed! First campground that has given us a hard time about them and we have stayed at many throughout Oklahoma.

Awesome camp grounds! Very quiet and spaced out. Bathrooms could use some renovations but overall very nice area

Absolutely loved our time there. The site we were at was amazing. They were spacious and had a great view of the lake, with a quick walk to the boat ramp. Kids loved swimming in the lake, and you're very close to the evergreen marina. The staff/volunteers were incredibly helpful as well. Will definitely come back and try and book the same spot

Park was clean and nice

Had no water or electricity! In the past we have always had a couple of large trash bags provided as well. Not this time! Would have been just as well to save our $50 and find a shade tree. Very disappointed!

The site that we had was awesome. The pads need to be redone and there are a lot of dead trees that need to be cut down
