What Guests Are Saying
Ladybird Landing offers a beautiful lakeside location with spacious campsites and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorable choice for relaxation and recreation, including excellent fishing opportunities. While some sites require maintenance, such as leveling and updated amenities, the cleanliness and helpful staff contribute positively to the experience. However, issues like limited water access and strict regulations on scooter usage have been points of frustration for some campers.

Peaceful quit spot we picked. Bathroom close by and always clean and well supplied. Definitely will camp here again!

Major complaint about camp sites! These sites must have been made when tent camping or overhead campers. The sites are TOO close together . We were literally setting on top of our neighbors. Also, no angle on the sites and must dodge the trees. Hope we don’t ever camp in this park again.

10 out of 10!
THE BEST camping spot we have found on the lake. We brought the boat but never put it out. The water access for swimming 10/10! The fishing off the rocks 10/10! PRIVACY 10/10!! The space in general 10/10!!! Do bring extra water hoses, plural! because its a good stretch, and bring extra levels for your tires because its a steep incline to try to level out your trailer!

Boat ramps and the overall park is nice. Most of the RV Pads need work tho. Many of them are way too small for modern RV’s and a lot of the ones that are big enough are falling apart. Pads could just use some work.

The site we had needs some serious work! The spot is extremely un-level and while that makes it difficult to use that’s not the true issue of the pad is so narrow if your door is at the back like mine it’s extremely steep and made it difficult to get in and out of the camper. To point if you have balance issues you could hurt yourself. Honestly with the money that’s paid not sure I understand why these pads can’t be repaired. The site was full of biting ants and hasn’t been mowed in a few weeks. Never saw a camp host. We were there with others in our group that had the sites next to us. Site 13 even worse than 11. Will not return for this site. The campground its self is nice and quiet. We did have a neighbor get loud for about 20 minutes but I assume was told to shut the music down pretty quick as it stopped. We did see the park ranger frequently drive around the park.

The only real problem with the camping areas are the pads to set up on. Drop offs are dangerous getting in and out of the camper. We enjoy our stay every time we go
