There are many really nice hikes close by and great fishing/swimming areas. The camp sites are well maintained and have a well maintained and level site for your RV. The water pressure was a little low but still worked. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed staying here and going on hikes and fishing. The few areas of improvement are the roads into the camping area and then the bathrooms were not very well maintained.

Beautiful camp grounds. Very well maintained by the camp host and park service. Very nice shaded spots. Clean showers and restrooms. My favorite place for a short getaway. This was my second time to stay and I have a third stay reserved.

Love this place have visited many times over the last 40 + years. Always plenty to do. Wonderful area to enjoy nature at its best. Also plenty of history and Native Culture. So many things to enjoy, the hiking, biking trails, streams and lake.

We enjoyed our stay, however, not being able to make a phone call was very inconvenient.

Our campsite was beautiful. We have a 28 ft trailer and it was quite level. We did notice there are some sites where the pad is on an incline which would require some leveling. For the most part it was quiet and there was plenty of nature to enjoy. We booked again.

So I stayed here for just one night and let me say I was so impressed for what you get for so little money. The camp host Milton really was amazing. I wasn’t expecting a drive by greeting and to top it off he even gave me more information about certain amenities that I didn’t even know about. The next day he saw me and stopped by to tell me safe travels and even recommended a few local food establishments. You can tell he takes pride and loves what he is doing. My campsite area was nice and clean. Thanks again Milton and lil Daisy for making my 1 night say there not my last.
