X-Press RV Park

This is the trash they let stay here. She's lived there for 4 years. Cat lady has about 20 cats the run loose in the RV Park and at night roam and the cats tore up my underpen of my travel trailer. She leave the back window open all time and the cats go in and out of it. Also she doesn't have the water hooked up to her trailer. So wonder how she flush her toilet or wash dishes. At night alot of the camper's party, loud, yelling especially on weekends. There is a venue right behind the RV Park that people rent on weekends and the music is super loud and thumping all night. No trash dumpster in the RV park, you have to walk or if you have a vehicle drive up to the Sinclair gas station that's where you pay rent. I wouldn't stay here

Had to leave from there because of the flea an cat problem that has cause damage to my motorhome and severe health concerns... unfortunately there's a lady that lives there full time with 13+ cats she can't afford to take care of proper.. until this issue is fixed I wouldn't stay the this rv park. There is way better rv parks near by with more amities for the same price... also not to mention the tweeters to say the lest..

My husband and I both have lived here a year and a half now. My husband is retired and there is lots things in town that he can do during the day. Casino, River and Lake. We enjoy living here and our grandchildren enjoy the RV park when they visit from another state. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The wiFi. Is here now.

We stayed for a month as we transitioned our move from another state. Spot 28 was very close to our other neighbors. Our west side neighbor enjoyed long nights of music and drinking, sing alongs with friends until late in the night even into the early morning right next to our bedroom wall, which had we not needed rest so desperately would not have necessarily been more than an issue of annoyance otherwise, each to his own, hence 4 stars.
Everyone else in the park was very quiet and respectful. It was clean and kept. We paid $490 for spot and all utilities included. There is no mail service at this park. No showers or laundry. It is conveniently located near shopping and the shade trees were a nice bonus. We would stay again in a pinch.
