I've had the privilege of finding this little piece of Gated Heaven a little over a year ago, it's literally less than 5min from winstar, has A fishing/ paddle boat pond ,swimming pool, hot tub, laundry facilities with full shower wifi and vending available and if you can get up before the sun you may catch the deer coming in to get a drink from the pond at daybreak , id also like to mention the management of the property for always going above & beyond for myself and the tenants here on site it definitely feels like home & worth a Stay or Even a Good Spot to store your Rv with Security ✌️

This place is truly the best! Chris is attentive and a follow-through kind of owner. It's so convenient to have the RV repair service on-site! We've had some issues with our new camper and Chris is a pro at handling those companies and getting to work done asap! He is constantly improving the park and it's so beautiful, spacious, and most of all, peaceful!

We are disabled couple. They used to live. That's a old towne road ranch , thackerville ok rv park. These People were very nice and kind in the beginning. But when it came to moving. My wife has a power wheelchair. I asked for help to load it in the back of my truck. He refused to help me. Instead , convinced my disabled wife that has a TBI. To leave her fifteen thousand dollar power wheelchair behind. Because it was too much hassle to help us load it up in her truck. And he Knew somebody that desperately needed a power wheelchair and she should donate her power wheelchair. to somebody that was there at old town road Rv park. All because he refused to help us load it in our truck So we can relocate to new location. We also had mail sent to that address. Again , I remind you all we're disabled couple , low income and on assistance. My wife had a oklahoma food assistance card delivered there. We were running on very little food at our new location. Isn't that mail was delivered at that mailbox box at his location at old town road Thackerville , oklahoma location. We called three times asked him the kindly's if send it to us because we were unable to make a five hour trip back to you location and thackerville , Old towne road ranch Rv park. He told us he was gonna send it to us that day in the mail. He did not. He held on to our mail for 3 weeks. We politely ask! , if he would send our mail to us and there was a oklahoma food assisted card. They're delivered in the mail. Politely Explain the situation that we are low on food and we desperately needed the food assistance card that was there in the mail in his possession. We didn't have the extra funds to pay for food. That's why we needed the card sent ASAP!!! It took chris three weeks to send that mail to us. There has also been other male since delivered , including a oklahoma state ID that was also supposed to be delivered there. He stated he has received more of our mail and stated it didn't look important and threw our mail away into the trash. In fact and reality , he didn't want to mess with forwarding our Mail back to us and He was busy! Had other things to do! and didn't want to waste his time forward our mail and threw it away.
This is absolutely disgusting. This is not how you treat customers with disabilities, all because you didn't want to help somebody. You're the right thing and convince a disabled woman with a severe TBI that suffered 14 broken bones, full hip replacement rods, plates and screws in her right leg in femur. That was hit by two × illegal limit. drunk driver, almost died, and spent two and a half years recuperating , recovering in the hospital. And refuse to load a power wheelchair , and someone's truck when they ask for help , including throwing our mail away. Because he didn't want our forward it. This is her first year out of the hospital.
We will never return or stay at that location again. Because of everything that has happens at this location. I'm outraged. Definitely.Do your research before traveling?Check out the area and get a good feel of the person before moving into an RV park.Because this result happens more frequently than you realize. And people like this , get away with it and take advantage of people.
More information campers are parked right on top of each other. Grounds , not level so sewage cannot flow properly in ground seward pipe. To empty sewage tanks or gray water tanks. Someone was parked there prior to us. The electric meter showed usage on it and charged us for that usage of that power. For a total of one month, stay And I quote , our bill was $1400. On rent and power usage alone. Now , you tell me folks , does that make any sense. I paid a $600 deposit. Plus a 300 posit that\nWe were to get back.We only got sixty dollars of our deposit return back. Our camper does not cost much for electric ,or use any more then a hundred dollar in power unit. So folks you put 2 and 2 together. You tell me what's off.
Research and use best judgment.Check the area out before traveling.Best advice.

I recently discovered a wonderful hidden gem near the casino, and it deserves some praise. The park features a gated entrance, overhead covers for many of the lots, and perfectly manicured grounds. It’s clear that care and attention go into keeping the property in top shape.
One standout aspect is that the owner is a spectacular RV Technician, which is a huge bonus for travelers who might need expert help on the road. It’s rare to find a spot that offers both tranquility and professional support in one place.
While this park deserves recognition for its quality and amenities, part of its charm is the peaceful atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you want other travelers to enjoy but also hope remains a bit of a secret for those seeking quiet escapes.W

If you are looking for a safe place that has a caring community feeling , this is your new home. The management is available 24/7 and is very professional and friendly. He helped us get our camper settled in, and he was also available for hire to do repairs on our camper. For added security, the park has a gate and each resident has their own code. The laundry and shower facility is nice too. This place is quiet and peaceful. We look forward to staying here for the long haul.
