We love camping at Pine Creek Cove. It's a biannual event for us. All six kids grands & great grands plus friends are close enough to visit.

Pine Creek Cove is so clean, quiet, and beautiful. Camp hosts are amazing and do whatever they can to make your stay awesome! We have stayed there on multiple occasions and have never had a bad stay!

The campground was amazing. Beautiful and quiet and peaceful. Had restroom facilities nearby and shower facilities within a small driving distance. Guard house opened later than usual so we were never able to officially check in as we would leave the campground to go explore the state and surrounding areas before they opened and arrive after dark. Our campsite was a gravel/grass pad to park on and pitch our tent. Our car was covered in ants after the first night (we arrived after dark so didn’t put our tent up, thankfully- and then didn’t even bother after that). There were so many of them, they were even coming in the car that first day as we were driving around sightseeing. We had to find a Walmart to buy any spray and bait traps. The second night before we pulled onto our “pad” we checked for any nests but saw none. So we backed in and parked. Again the following morning the car was covered in ants. Needless to say, we didn’t even stay there our last night. We just continued our 14 hour drive home.

The sites are spacious with lots of space around them, most of the sites are well shaded and the view is great. Volunteer was very friendly and helpful. AT&T worked, Dish antennae had a clear view of satellites. Site long enough for camper and tow vehicle, site was concrete and fairly level.

The area is nicely kept and maintained. I enjoy the area and the views from that point. I will definitely be taking my family camping again.
